collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as the “Party” concluded terminal service contract, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” and agreed as follows:

Scope of the Contract

The Client shall deliver to excise duty goods warehouse petroleum products terminal in [address of terminal], administered by the Contractor (hereinafter – „the Terminal“) agreed amount of [type of fuel] (hereinafter – “the Product”) and the Contractor shall render the Client the services of acceptance and unloading, storage and loading of the product to the transport means provided by the Client or petroleum products buyer and (or) carrier under the terms and conditions provided for herein.
