collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as the “Party” concluded this Terminal service agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” and agreed as follows:

Scope of the Agreement

The Client shall deliver to the petroleum products terminal held (administered) by the Contractor equipped with special loading – unloading devices, receptacles, other equipment and buildings used for acceptance and unloading of the petroleum products, their storage and loading to the tank cars and (or) fuel tankers, hereinafter referred to as the Terminal located in [location of terminal], [type of fuel] hereinafter referred to as the Product and the Contractor shall render the Client the services of acceptance and unloading, storage and loading of the product to the transport means provided by the Client or petroleum products buyer and (or) carrier under the terms and conditions provided for herein.
