SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

and

[legal form] [name of company], incorporated and acting in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code [code], having its registered office at [address], data about the company is accumulated and stored in [name of register], represented by [title, name, surname], acting under [basis of representation] (hereinafter – “Developer”)

collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as the “Party”, entered into this software development agreement (hereinafter – “Agreement”):

BACKGROUND

The Client is a leading supplier of [description of software]. Developer is inter alia a distributor of [software products]. Developer also develops its own product solutions for sales on the European and US markets. The purpose of this agreement is to set out for Developer's development of software components to be included in Client's products.
