collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as the “Party” concluded this Sales – purchase agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” and agreed as follows:

toliau kartu vadinamos „Šalimis“, o kiekviena atskirai – „Šalimi“, sudarė šią pirkimo–pardavimo sutartį, toliau vadinamą „Sutartimi“, ir susitarė taip:

SĄVOKOS IR APIBRĖŽIMAI

The Asset – number of Bitcoins, equal to the Contract Volume (as indicated in art. 3.4 of the Agreement);

Turtas – Bitcoin’ų skaičius, lygus Sutarties apimčiai (kaip nurodyta Sutarties 3.4 punkte);

Delivery Time: the time of confirmation of blockchain transaction, by which the Asset was received at the Bitcoin Address of the Buyer. If the Agreement is executed in tranches, the Delivery Time of the respective tranche is deemed to be the time when that respective tranche of the Contract Volume was received at the Bitcoin Address of the Buyer. For the purpose of this Agreement, the confirmation is deemed to be made when the transaction is confirmed at least 6 (six) times, unless both Parties expressly agree otherwise.
