collectively hereinafter referred to as the “parties” and each individually as the “party” concluded this Agreement on termination of an employment contract, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” and agreed as follows:

Purpose of the agreement

The employment contract was entered with the Director on [date] (hereinafter referred to as “employment contract”) and the Director has been engaged in management duties in the company.

The parties hereby agree on the terms and conditions of the termination of the employment contract.

The parties acknowledge that the rights and obligations specified in the employment contract refer to the engagement in management duties.
